2015 & 2012-14 Novartis, New Delhi, India. Medical Scientific Liaison.
Have worked with Novartis in their Cardiovascular, Osteoporosis and Neurosciences divisions where I was
responsible for developing relationships, building advocacy and gaining contributions of medical experts. I
collected, analysed and reported insights that may impact Novartis development plans /trial designs. This included
gathering the competitive information, evaluating the impact and sharing the same at internal & external as post-
meeting deliverables. My responsibilities included assistance with IRB/EC submission. I was also responsible for site
initiation, Informed consent form preparation, patient enrollment, site monitoring and closure of sites after trial
completion for these therapies in my zone and resolving queries in such sites as per the ICH GCP guidelines. I was
involved in liaison with Medical experts for scientific engagement during Clinical Trial Projects and also dispersed
related training to CRA and Sales teams.

As part of the marketing team I was responsible for rolling out and organizing certification courses for paramedical
staff on Hospital Care Products. I assisted in developing the strategic direction of the business and drive
penetration for all products in the market. I was also responsible for business forecast, development and training
of sales team.
2011-2011 The Washington Center, Washington .D.C, USA. Marketing & PR Intern.
Through a rigorous selection procedure I was selected to work with Alexandria chamber of Commerce as a
Marketing and PR intern after completion of my master’s degree. This role involved managing the client accounts
and social media marketing. Organized corporate dinner and breakfast meets for clients.
