OBJECTIVES
Project and Maintenance Manager where 22 years of experience in the facility management
maintenance, repair and operation of a variety of mechanical and electrical pumping, heating,
air conditioning, ventilating and related plant machinery of a government & private
establishment, hospital, industrial, production and commercial building will add value to

Supervise proposals preparation by providing necessary inputs to ensure improved estimation by
using market intelligence, proactive approach and client relations and leading the contracts
negotiations resulting in improved deals.Develop and implement business plans to identify and

external commitments. Ensure forward planning on all aspects of the projects during pre-
execution phase and maintain management focus on the project schedule during
implementation for enhanced profitability. Monitor project costs and initiate corrective actions
to achieve budgeted profitability of the department.

• Inspects plant and evaluates use of space and facilities.

Develop the annual budget for the Engineering Support Services section for
discussion and approval of the COO.
Ensure maintenance of highest standards of professional conduct, ethics and
integrity in provision of the services in Engineering Support Services.
Oversee and analyze the preparation of manpower and budgets for the
section and recommend them to the CEO and COO for approval.
Assist the COO in developing and directing the setting of performance targets

to ensure an efficient service delivery to the Corporation
Ensure an appropriate system and processes is in place to control the

Oversee the Procurement Engineering functions and the store activities

Monitor and ensure that all activities and operations are in accordance with
applicable standards and contractual obligations and report any discrepancies
to the Manager of Facilities & Maintenance.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES
5. • From Nov. 2008 until now working in The King Hussein Cancer
Center as a Maintenance Manager. All operation & maintenance
team(electrical, mechanical and civil) in the hospital are directly
under my supervision for all works, maintains and repairs a wide
variety of pumping, heating, ventilating, air conditioning,
refrigeration, medical gases and auxiliary plant machinery and
equipment. And also operating repairs and adjustments to
electric motors, boilers, pumps, compressors, alarm systems,
switchboards, controls, elevators, institutional equipment and
other machinery; and supervise the activities of all of
subordinates engaged in such work; and performs other related
duties as required. Responsibility for carrying out and explaining
established plant operations, methods and procedures;
maintaining and preparing routine plant records and reports, and
supervision of all renovations and projects at the center.
• From July 2005 to NOV 2008 working in The Arabic Medical
Center as a Maintenance Manager. All operation & maintenance
team (electrical, mechanical and civil) in the hospital are directly
under my supervision for all works.
• From NOV. 2001 to July 2005 working in Grouping Construction
as a project manager my job deals with :
- Put all the plans needed for the projects of construction villas,
buildings, fencing & steel structures.

supplying water , drainage and air –conditioning works , and
