We will undertake to deliver in the shortest possible time.
All candidates referred to you would have been screened by a
consultant, either in person or telephonically (where the candidate is

email or Telephonically.
Please note that JAPS will pre-screen every candidate before referral,
this includes candidates already in our data base.

Should a candidate placed with your company approach us; we require
them to notify you before we re-activate them on our books.
For any assignment given to us, we will refer a maximum of our top
Four candidates based on the brief provided, and within an agreed time
frame
When circumstances dictate, we may refer an excellent candidate
ahead of deadline, rather than risk losing them as a prospect for your
position.
Your investment in our understanding of your business will enable us
to place people who thrive in your environment and become key
players within the employee community of your organization.
An active client is one which has used our services at least once in the
previous 6 months for recruitment, or 12 months for executive search

We will stay in contact with both the client and the
appointed candidate

Our standard professional fee for

above 500k CTC and 15% for
positions below 500k CTC
Disciplinary Hearing trainings-
R1500.00 per delegate( 10 delegates

Other services and trainings arepositions below 500k CTC
However with the view of building a
long-term relationship with your
company, our fee for your
assignments will be negotiable.
Recruitment fees for scarce and
critical skills is 25%, negotiable
based on the client's needs.
All fees are exclusive of VAT

15. Payment Terms
Invoices are payable within 7 days after the start date of the successful
candidate or upon acceptance of an official offer, unless alternate
written payment arrangements have been made and signed by both
parties

Should you wish to pay via cheque please contact us and we will
arrange for collection at your premises.
16. Guarantee Benefits
JAPS undertakes to provide a replacement candidate if JAPS candidate is legally
dismissed or resigns from the client's employment within 90 days from the
commencement date of the original employment commencement date
provided that the following conditions are met
The vacancy remains vacant and unchanged
Full payment of the placement fee is received as per the agreed terms and
conditions.
JAPS is notified in writing of the dismissal/resignation within 7 days after the
event
The appointment of JAPS candidate will be deemed as acceptance of all our
terms and conditions of business stated in this document
