Don’ts
 encourage/entice a candidate previously placed by us to switch another
employer.
 Charge any fee from candidates any time in the recruitment process
Do’s
 to provide clients with accurate info on each candidate’s employment,
qualification and experience and will only present candidates who have
authorized us to represent their applications
 To maintain highest standards of integrity in all forms of advertising,
communications and solicitations.
 To observe the highest principles of honesty and fair practice in dealing with
clients, candidates and employees.
 To treat all candidates and employees without prejudice.

Terms of engagement
General Terms
 Frontline (CTC upto 2.5 LPA) – INR 6000/-
 Executive (2.5 -10 LPA) – Middle Management: 8.33% of CTC
 Middle Management - Senior Management: 10.50% – 12% of CTC
 Top Management: 12.50% - 16% of CTC
** Gross includes Basic, HRA, PF, LTA, Medical, Uniform Allowance, Soft Furnishing
Allowance, Education allowance, Periodicals Allowance, Conveyance and any other
remuneration under any other head which is given as monthly /annual
compensation.
This will exclude only sales and performance incentives and stock options.
** Taxes Extra
Guarantee: Free replacement if a candidate leaves the company within 3 (three)
months from the date of joining. The free replacement clause will not apply if the
service of the candidate is being terminated by the company. The final selection of
the replacement candidate offered by us entirely at the sole discretion of the Client
and we shall have no further responsibilities or liabilities to the Client in this regard.
In addition to key terms of
engagement, Peoplefore
and the Client may also
mutually agree to any
other specific term(s) of
engagement.
