need in terms candidates profile, CTC range and any additional

We interact with candidates for a broad based screening through
Telephonic Conversation/ Personal Interaction.

We send these candidates to clients for further screening/interview.

Terms of engagement
General Terms
Frontline (CTC upto 2.5 LPA) – INR 6000/-
Executive (2.5 -10 LPA) – Middle Management: 8.33% of CTC
Middle Management - Senior Management: 10.50% – 12% of CTC
Top Management: 12.50% - 16% of CTC
** Gross includes Basic, HRA, PF, LTA, Medical, Uniform Allowance, Soft Furnishing
Allowance, Education allowance, Periodicals Allowance, Conveyance and any other
remuneration under any other head which is given as monthly /annual
compensation.
This will exclude only sales and performance incentives and stock options.
** Taxes Extra
Guarantee: Free replacement if a candidate leaves the company within 3 (three)
months from the date of joining. The free replacement clause will not apply if the
service of the candidate is being terminated by the company. The final selection of
the replacement candidate offered by us entirely at the sole discretion of the Client
and we shall have no further responsibilities or liabilities to the Client in this regard.
In addition to key terms of
engagement, Peoplefore
and the Client may also
mutually agree to any
other specific term(s) of
engagement.
