We are open for negotiation & discussion on Payout Structure.
Please sign and return to us a duplicate of the letter as a token of
acceptance of the Terms & Conditions
We hope you will give us an opportunity to work with you and
looking forward to have a good and long term relationship
This would be exclusive of service tax
The aforesaid referral fee(s) shall be paid within 30 days from the joining date of the candidate
In case the candidate referred by us leaves within 3 months of joining,
a replacement for the same position and role shall be provided at no extra cost
If we are unable to replace such candidates than the consultancy
fee would be adjusted with the forthcoming invoice accordingly
MobieFy HR Services operates at a very reasonable rate i.e. 8.33% flat
on annual CTC for all positions
