A droit Manpower Consulting REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE AMC shall assist THE CLIENT to recruit another professional of similar caliber or an alternate professional with skills as required by THE CLIENT (both the skills and experience should be of similar grade and the gross annual pay should be similar) with out charging any additional Recruitment Service Fee, in the unfortunate event of recruited professional terminating the employment agreement before the completion of 90 days from the date of join, due to reasons not attributed to the CLIENT. In the event that THE CLIENT decides not to proceed further with the selected candidate after the mutual acceptance and signing of employment agreement, THE CLIENT shall pay A To Z Consulting the Recruitment Service Fee in full. This shall be payable within 15 days from THE CLIENT taking such a decision.
