The key for Cliff Avenue to keep going as an organization
is due to the amazing volunteer coaches. To be able to

have to take some of the National Canadian Certification
Program (NCCP) modules, as well as doing a Criminal
Record Check (CRC). For coaches, although they may
have done the training to be a coach and may know a lot
about the sport of interest (in this case football), it does
not mean one will become a proficient coach. In fact, it is
likely that coaches will learn more from their own players,
and they will keep developing as coaches over time.
