Salient Features of India constitution especially power and functions
Results from film review interviews
1.
2. 95% of the interviews commented firstly on the familiar
composition of the review. The majority claimed that they
could recognised the product as a film review because of the
layout and thought it was ‘clear’ and neat’. The age group that
were slightly under our target audience bracket said they were
not regular readers of film reviews but felt that this was the
most appropriate layout. The group closer to our target
audience who were most commonly 18 years old said they
found the review ‘perfectly composed’ with a good amount of
text. Finally , the group above our target audience (starting
from 35-45) stated again that they could instantly recognise
the review as that of a film review and that they found the
composition sophisticated.

Critical
ratings
As you can see around 70% if
those interviewed said they felt
the strongest feature of the
review were the images as they
were ‘ large’ and ‘striking’.
Others said that the title and it’s
design caught their attention
because of it’s coloured design
but also it’s place on the page.
2 of the interviewed said they
found the critical perspectives in
the bottom right hand corner the
strongest features. Interestingly
they said it added to the
professional appearance of the
page.
4. Did you like the use of
images
Yes
Partially
No
As you can see the
majority of those
interviewed said the
images were a good
feature in the review.
83% stated to the
interviewer that they
found the images made
them interested to see
where these points are
in the film itself.
5. Opinions on the text
Too much
The right
amount
Too little
From this question I was
able to gather that the
younger end of the
target audience bracket
only had a few
interviewees that found
there was slightly too
much text.
92% however concluded
that the text was just
enough and would not
be considered as
‘overpowering’.
6. Points for improvement
Images to
be bigger
Title to be
bigger
The only criticism from
all those interviewed was
that they thought it would
be beneficial to have
certain aspects bigger
and bolder.
This would suggest that
our article although eye
catching could have
small changes made to
really make an
impression on the
reader.
