2. Actor shoot plan
Before every shoot we intend to give our actors a detailed overview of the filming
schedule and what they will need. These are some of the plans we have already
used.
We included:
• The date.
• The time.
• The location.
• What the actor
needed to bring.
• A summary of the
scene being filmed.
• Make up info.
• And contact details.

4. Consent forms
Before every shoot we would have our actors who were over 16 sign these simple
consent forms . They simply stated that the actor agreed to participate in our filming
and had no objections to the promotion methods of our film. Furthermore, it declared
the actor was made aware to state any dietary requirements or food allergies to the
director/ shoot leader at the beginning of the shoot due to catering issues this may
cause.
