1) Utilize the website to begin to become familiar with the
software and make updates to your goals
1) Consider utilizing a reminder in your calendar to review and update at least monthly to
help you plan and/or track your work progress
2) Upload any supporting documentation
3) Review tools available to you on the next page

R: Realistic, relevant, and results-oriented. T: Timely, time-bound, deadline. Within what time frame? What is my deadline? Is it one time or recurring? How will I know when it is accomplished?
