the goods-in process and maximise performance and productivity.
 Boosted load completion efficiency by 15% at DHL Tesco Frozen and reduced
staffing costs after implementing arm scanners on all the tippers. As pallets were
taken off the trailers they could be scanned rather than going through a manual
checking station enabling excess labour to be subsequently deployed elsewhere.
 Consistently surpassed expectations as First Line Manager at DHL Tesco Frozen,
proactively managing day-to-day operations and troubleshooting problems to ensure
stringent deadlines and challenges were met.

 Direct responsibility for the effective management and smooth optimisation of day-to-
day operations, expertly coordinating staff and resources to maximise service and
delivery in this busy and extremely fast-paced environment.
 Skilfully led teams of between 5 and 60 staff depending on requirements, providing
clear leadership, direction and support to ensure right first time performance and
meet set operational KPIs and targets.
 Diligently planned and controlled staffing levels ensuring the correct balance of skills
