Responsibilities
Managing, leading and developing all managers and staff to ensure that departmental targets are
achieved and to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of the Finishing, Offline & BH Warehouse
departments. Ensure effective management of resources (both financial and human) within budgetary

both Full time and Casual labour.
Responsible for KPI’s of the team
Manage facilities at Bridge House site, including obtaining and reviewing quotes, deciding on the
best solutions, and arranging for work to be completed within given timeframes and budgets.
Provide input into the Group Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Plans & provide onsite &
call support in the event of an emergency situation.
Work closely with Engineering team to ensure planned preventive maintenance is correctly
scheduled and implemented.
Develop business cases for new/improved equipment and technologies taking account of long
and short term financial impact on the company.
Responsible for quality, environmental and health & safety issues at the Bridge House site on a
day-to-day basis.
Compile and develop written Quality Assurance procedures to support ISO 9001 certification.
Support the QA audit team by carrying out internal audits in departments outside my direct
control.
Investigate internal and external complaints and implement preventive action to avoid recurrence.
Responsible for championing environmental conduct & improvements at Bridge House Site. This
included managing various waste recycling streams and reducing our carbon footprint.
Fulfil responsibilities of Chief Fire Warden at Bridge House Site.
Responsible for Site Security & Maintenance at Bridge House, first point of contact for emergency
situations.
2. Liaise with Human Resources & Development team in relation to all people management issues
to ensure compliance with employment law, company policy, and best practice.
Carry out annual appraisal reviews and set objectives and training plans.
Have arranged development hours for finishing operators to progress with their training needs.
