something is called a
sales funnel process.
What is a
Sales Funnel?
A sales funnel is the
path site visitors take
from when they land
on your website to
making a purchase.
The funnel is wide at
the top where all
visitors start.
The top of the
funnel is where
everyone
enters your
buyer’s
journey.
It ends at the
bottom when they
convert to paying
customers.
And, hopefully,
repeat customers.
