Wood Group – (June 2014 – February 2014) – Contracted to Energy
XXI to file documents from Production platforms to the SEMS program
in accordance with government regulations. Moved mass amounts of
documents from Sempcheck program to be stored with Compliance
Technology Group.
Nexen Petroleum – (February 2014 – October 2006) - Working as
Administrative Assistant in the HSE&SR Department which includes
data entry, logging man-hours, producing newsletters and
spreadsheets. Communicate with offshore personnel regarding
HSE&SR leading and lagging indicators for monthly reports. Maintained
copies all records required by BOEMRE, EPA, DEQ and USCG for all
locations. Now monitoring same reports in SMART (program for the
safekeeping of documentation). Schedule and coordinate weekly
meetings through WebEx. File all incoming JSEAs in Livelink as
required by SEMS compliance. Also coordinate and schedule offsite
meeting for the HSE&SR Group. Expert User for Livelink System
working with employees one-on-one training them on downloading
information into the taxonomy and the general use and attributes of
the system as well as monthly extraction of reports from Livelink for
Day 4 meetings in Plano. Also train employees in building out folders

Performed the audio on the DVD for Orientation for new offshore

notifications for each field and associated office staff. Admininstrator
of the Active Learner Program entering employees and monitoring
their e-learning training as well as individual training for them on the

Calgary) for air emissions from the offshore locations and training the
Environmental manager and Temporary Environmental assistant on the

customer service representative for a outdoor sign company, worked
as an administrative assistant for a restoration company after
Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.

manager and administrative assistant - dispatched workers for
offshore. Also assumed duties office operations of invoicing,
filing, sales, and light accounting.
Lafayette Coca-Cola Bottling Company - (July 2003 - March 1982)
-Worked as Executive Administrative Assistant to the general manager
and sales department -Assisted general manager and sales department
in a highly visible support role including administrative/program
support, oversaw front office and training. Performed clerical support
for up to 25 sales personnel, including typing vendor contracts,
proposals for schools and businesses. Maintained detailed financial
records and ran daily sales and other margin reports. Ran sales
reports such as profit analysis, gross vs. net profit, etc. Worked
closely in coordination of radio remotes and scheduled all
appointments for the general manager. Maintained detailed reports on
over 75 accounts calculating rebate payments. Logged and maintained
weekly advertisement records on over 100 accounts. Designed and
created flyers and other sales material for the sales department for
special drink sales and other sales promotions (created first flyer for
