Created all nine current state flows for Multipack products and future state flows for FedEx.

Duties:
Currently working as a PMO for the AP IVIS Conversion Project to People Soft in Memphis.
Worked as a PMO to migrate the FedEx accounts payable department based in Europe into Memphis, TN.
Trained and developed the material for all 18 new employees in Memphis.
Implemented the inter-company transaction report for the LAC division.
Developed job aids to facilitate the updates for the supplier profile form for vendors in People Soft for the LAC
Division and Canada.
Worked with Electronic Data files to process vendors’ payments.
Currently working as a project leader doing process improvements such as implementation of scanners, EFT’S,
GCCS travel advances, queries, problems solver, and Accounts Payable metrics for LAC and CAN.
Developed and managed the entire project plan for all LAC Business Units for the Global Mass Payment project,
including the preparation of the Business Requirements Systems document for Scotia Bank and Citibank.
Developed an email solution for internal and external vendors for payments generated from the AVSC (Americas

Duties:
Lead the AP LAC migration project which consisted of 25 entities of accounts payable from LAC to Memphis.
Created detail project workflows, presentation, training and implementation of AP LAC migration.
Developed the Cargo Claims Project which has resulted in the company saving $40,000 for this fiscal year
alone.
Created the Travel Advance Policy for the LAC Division. Successfully completed the EFT (electronic funds
transfer) Project for all Caribbean employees.
Worked with vendors in the Caribbean to facilitate the implementation of EFT’S (Electronic funds Transfer) of
People Soft 8.0 from Miami.
Worked on Citibank’s Mass Payment Project for Central America.
Supervised the Accounts Payable department and designed the AP Web site for the department as well.
FedEx-LAC 2001 to 2003
Associate Accounting Systems Analyst
Duties:
Supported the G/L group with variance explanations, voucher re-classes, and repaired journal entries in error, and
provided Ad Hoc queries of financial data for the G/L and HR departments.
Coordinated Brazil’s Payables function from Miami, worked on the reconciliation of the 220100 account.
Developed and ran monthly queries to detect input errors to the G/L, and insured that all AP transactions from the
AP group got posted before the month ended.
Responsible for approving all pay cycles and verified all transactions in the AP trial.
Managed all financials software utilized by the workgroup; People Soft, Pay Link, Pay Link Plus, Citibank On-Line,
Citi Business Access and Scotia Talk.
