Summary:

Coordinates OneCard administrative functions including processing new applications for both cards and out
of pocket accounts, closing card and accounts, coordinator account changes and exceptions. Acts as
liaison between vendors such as Travel Leaders and FedEx to the campus community.
Assists and instructs users (cardholders and out of pocket only users) in the use of Wells Fargo
Bank Commercial Card Expense Reporting (CCER) system. This includes fielding general questions
and providing guidance/assistance with the OneCard program and Commercials Card Expense
Reporting (CCER) system
Processes new application requests for both cardholders and out of pocket only users. Distributes

Business Services Administrative Assistant 2005-2009
Supported the University Business Services department. Diversified activities included the support of the
Executive Director of Business Services/Director of Purchasing, while supporting the Bookstore, Parking
Services, Purchasing, Printing & Mailing Services, Stabler Arena, Transportation Services, and Travel
Services.
Performed updates and maintenance of all in-house Business Services websites, as needed (using
Macromedia Contribute software and HTML programming).

Department Manager of Quality Assurance
Managed the work flow of 14 employees in the testing of SFA, client related database extracts, database
reports, SQL, and administrative home office tools to meet client satisfaction.
Administered the creation of Visual Basic front end, Sybase and Oracle database related test
cases, according to development and client specifications. Designed and maintained the fault-
reporting system using Microsoft Access in order to determine the quality of the product being
produced and released to the sales field.
Reported to Sr. Management on monthly and yearly department statistics using Microsoft Access
and Excel. The reports included testing accomplishments and failures.
Documented testing processes using Microsoft Word for front-end and back-end testing, and for
test case creation, ensuring that all steps of the process were done consistently. Conducted

using Unix, SQL, Oracle, Sybase, and third party software ensuring no defects existed in products being
released to the sales field.
Tested the functionality and successful movement of transactions from the PDA to the laptop and
then through to the router to the national database, making sure all databases (laptop, PDA and
National) were in sync before the transactions were removed from the infiles.
Developed procedure manuals for testing processes to ensure consistency.
Produced and maintained SQA scripts to allow volume testing. Wrote test cases and test
strategies, ensuring every possible scenario was tested.
