2. • After looking through the photos we obtained during filming for our
ancillary products, I decided I wasn’t happy to use these in our final
product as there wasn’t a range of photos and the shots weren’t well
photographed
• As a result, we decided as a group we will be reshooting photos for
our ancillary product when we get back to college.
• I will give examples of the shot types we’d like to use with
screenshots from our video and will later upload these onto the blog
3. Album Advert
- For the A4 advert I would like to use
a Mid-Shot of our artist. A photo
like this allows for the framing to
make space for important
information on the side of the
artist.
- Mid-Shots are great for adverts as
the audiences can see the artists
facial expressions and make up as
well as their costume
4. - As we need to display the artist’s Digipak on the
A4 Advert, we will need another image for the
album cover.
- From research into other artist’s Album Adverts,
I found that most artists use close ups, or mid-
close ups on the front cover of their albums.
- This image is similar to the image I chose for the
A4 advert (a similarity in images is required)
- Close ups create an intimacy between the
audience and the artist
5. Website Here are some examples that will be used in the website gallery/the background. They
feature photos from each location of our music video.
