BAE SYSTEMS – Systems Administrator/Logistics Analyst
North Charleston, SC January 04, 2011 to Present
Engineering Technologist/Sys Admin/Logistics Analyst - Primarily responsible for performing
(hands-on) system configuration, using provided technical documents, conduct testing and/or
troubleshooting resolution of the system as well as providing technical oversight to additional
project team members performing similar tasks involving Hardware, Software, and Network
solutions.
Participate in the documentation development and implementation supplementary supporting
system technical documents (e.g.- work instructions, scripts, test procedures, etc) to support the
project team and/or related business processes and procedures within a ISO9001:2008 environment.
Participate in regular technical interchange meetings (TIMs) with the Government Site Manager and
Site Administrators and other project team stakeholders, to discuss, assess and resolve system
integration / engineering related issues including topics such as configuration, quality, equipment
obsolescence, life cycle support, risks and other problems related to system production / integration
and testing as well as associated mitigation schemes
Evaluate and assist the project team, customer or suppliers in developing impacts from enterprise /
engineering change requests (ECRs) to include evaluating and/or revising technical drawing and/or
system documentation as well as developing basis of estimates (BOEs) for material, labor, travel or
other direct cost and assessing schedule impacts
Support the development and implementation of software installation automation and imaging
solutions to include multiple platforms, custom system / network configuration scripts & routines,
and/or the development of system verification and test procedures and/or special test equipment
design and installation. Tasked with assisting on related computer based training Slides/Sections
during the development stages of AIE Computer based training program
Procurement – Tasked and conducted aspects of material procurement as a contract supply
technician the first year of the AIE Contract including processing and managing all material
purchases and coordinating with the buyer for several different programs.
Change Control Board – Chosen to sit on the Material/Software Change Control Board as the
mission assurance specialist with the AIE program. Tasked with processing the change request into
our system and personally implementing the changes into the program.
Logistics Analyst - Analyze and coordinate Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) activities designed to
provide effective and efficient life cycle support the Automated Installation Entry (AIE) Increment II
Systems. AIE Systems board member aligned to the Change Management Control team to convene

during the week to review, respond, and vote on systems hardware and software configuration
changes to the systems and revisions to TLA Master Documents and TDP’s. Review and analyze
program requirements, equipment design, and other data to develop logistics data from conceptual
stage throughout life cycle of the system. Provide upper management and customer with
incremental Logistics Management Information (LMI) by using the PowerLOG-J software for each
military installation. Attend weekly meetings with AIE Team. Identify all Item Unique Identification
(IUID) equipment for each installation, input into IUID System, and mark all equipment. Assist with
the obsolescence list. Perform Physical Configuration Audit (PCA) with the customer on fielded AIE
Increment II System at Army Installations. Turn in Summary Reports and PCA to Configuration
Management for Approval for Government Acceptance. Assist with updating the Integrated Logistic
Support Plan and Maintenance Support Plan when needed. Develop transition plan documentation
for AIE Increment II Systems being transferred over to the US Government. Managed and tracked all
configuration management aspects while our Configuration Manager was absent for a 6-month
window including applying Rev changes to approved configuration change notices to TLA and
Baseline Drawings.
Schwan’s Home Service – Regional/Territory Manager
Charleston, SC/Savannah GA November 21, 2009 to January 2, 2011
Account representative manager responsible for maintaining and growing an assigned territory
consisting of over 500 customers with Schwan’s products and services. Responsible for the collection
and deposits of all revenue on assigned route including checks, cash and credit card deposits and
input of new customers in company database. Responsible for receiving, organizing and dispersing
product to specified territories to maintain inventories and track sales to help determine depot
needs. Typical hours in a day consist of meetings between 8 and 9 am and closeout between 9 and
10 pm. Responsible for all transfer of company inventory between employees and inventory on hand
at the company depot.
CTR Corporation – Logistics Coordinator/Recruiter
North Charleston, SC (Temp Contract) v January 23 2009 to November 1, 2009
Analyze program requirements and customer technical and logistical requirements, equipment
design, and other data to develop a requirement for to track down and find qualified candidates to
meet contract requirements. Responsible for the recruiting and management of over 50 employees
at various accounts including Force Protection (Marine Corp/Navy) and Detyens Shipyard (Navy
Ships), including but not limited to hiring, terminations, paperwork, drug screenings, safety

Ecolab, INC. – Territory Logistics and Sales Manager
Charleston, SC January 21, 2008 to January 21, 2009
Territory Manager (B2B): Territory Sales and Logistics Management the Florence/Myrtle Beach, South
Carolina market. Job required visiting and assisting over 100 customer facilities per month with
fulfilling all facility requirements by law enforced by OSHA and DHEC. I was assigned a local
warehouse facility in charge of material management for spare parts and new equipment.
Coordinated receiving, serializing, and tracking of all major machines sold by myself within my
territory. Coordinating service technicians to installs and provided necessary equipment to the
technicians along with the facility layout and recommendations for all equipment necessary for the
technician to perform the installation. Conducted weekly inventories of all parts in local facility and
provided reports to the district manager. Performed tasks in maintaining and promoting growth
within a designated territory for over 135 clients on a monthly basis including government facilities,
hospitals, restaurants, nursing homes, schools, and hotels. Met and exceeded sales goals and strived
to achieve all extended goals/bonuses within my territory. Position required strenuous planning for
each day, week, and month to maximize efficiency in each account assigned to my territory to be

United States Coast Guard – SAR/BTM/PPE Logistics
Hatteras, NC January 22, 2002 to November 22, 2006 (Honoroble)
Seaman: Search and rescue boat coxswain and crew member, boarding team member, Navigation
Expert. Tasked with all logistical aspects, documentation, and preventative maintenance of rescue
and survival gear, electronics, and other various equipment assigned to personnel attached to Coast
guard station Ocracoke, the 12 man sub-unit of Station Hatteras inlet. Conducted Inventories/Audits
of all material assigned to personnel attached to my sub unit including assigned serial numbers,
inspections, and issues that may arise with the material. Selected to participate in security detail for
the President on the waterside during his visit to Kitty Hawk, NC for 100 years of flight anniversary.
