Operator & Production Support - Adecco Staffing, Warsaw, IN - (June 2016 – Present)
Contracted Temporary Employee – placed at Zimmer Biomet in El Dorado Hills, CA where they
manufacture surgical saw blades.
August 2016 to present - I am working as an Operator on a CNC Laser Cutting Table where I
perform the initial step in the production process. I operate and maintain the laser cutters,
pull work orders, input the required program, adjust cutter comps and procure the
required material needed to produce blank blades to be finished in subsequent procedures.
June 2016 to August 2016 - I worked in the Production Support role where I was
responsible for operating the High Energy Tumbler, the Rotary Vibratory Dryer, the Rösler
Centrifuge (contaminated water treatment unit), and the Heat Treat/Stress Relief Oven.
Stock Tech & Courier - Blue Ribbon Personnel Svcs, Placerville, CA – (February 2016 – May 2016)
Contracted Temporary Employee – placed at Marshall Medical Center in the Materials
Management Department where I worked as a Stock Tech and as a Courier.
As a Stock Tech I fulfilled material requisitions for hospital and off-site clinics. I maintained
stock and rotated inbound materials within the materials warehouse. I delivered orders
from the warehouse to the hospital and off-site clinics.
As a Courier I picked up and delivered a wide range of time-sensitive materials from
various doctor’s offices and hospital offsite departments including: lab specimens, lab
results, daily deposits, payroll checks, US mail, inter-office mail, and orders from the
materials warehouse.

2. Outside Business to Business Sales Representative - Elite Supply Source, Rancho Cordova, CA
(March 2015 – August 2015)
As an Outside Sales Representative I was responsible for business to business sales of
industrial supplies to Manufacturing, Construction, MRO Companies and Government
Agencies. I focused on developing and growing relationships with decision makers to
increase profitability for Elite Supply Source, as well as their customers. I was the first
outside sales representative for this company (aside from the owner).
Chain Territory Manager - Southern Wine & Spirits of America, Inc, Union City, CA
(July 2011 – February 2015) – Merchandising Division – Placerville to South Lake Tahoe territory
As a Chain Territory Manager in the Merchandising Division it was my responsibility to
develop and nurture relationships in a dynamic environment by demonstrating knowledge
of wine and spirits and gaining customer’s trust by consistently following through on
commitments. I evaluated inventory levels against rates of consumption and made
ordering recommendations to buyers to maintain appropriate stock levels. I achieved pre-
plan goals for division brands by adapting and implementing sales strategies based on
current market conditions to grow Southern Wine & Spirits brands.
I also served as Team Trainer, which entailed training new representatives in company
procedures and policies. I oversaw new representative development forthe first 4-6 weeks
of employment.
Sales Representative - DBI Beverage Inc / Capital Beverage Co, West Sacramento, CA
(April 2002 – July 2011) - DBI bought out Capital effective 12/01/08
In the 9 years that I was a Sales Representative for Capital Beverage and DBI I had the
opportunity to sell beer and other beverages to a wide range of retailers including: broad
market customers, on-sale (or on-premise) customers, and chain drug and grocery stores. I
was able to effectively adapt sales tactics based on my customer’s needs.
I gained the trust and respect of my customers through strong attention to detail and follow
up, which allowed me to establish strong relationships with key decision makers.
I achieved positive sales growth on each route assigned over the entire 9 year period by
formulating and implementing strategies for achieving sales goals.
I was ranked the top Sales Rep for 2005 with an overall route growth of 22%.
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT:
Active 20/30 USA & Canada, Hangtown #43 - (October 2012 – Present)
Currently serving in the role of Club Treasurer. Previous roles include Club President
(2015) and Vice President (2013 & 2014).
Tournament Director for Annual Swing 4 Children Charity Softball Tournament (2013 thru
2016). This event raises funds for an El Dorado County family with a child fighting a life
threatening illness. The Club is presented with potential benefactors and one is selected
each year. The tournament raises funds through team registrations, tournament
sponsorships and donations. The tournament draws in excess of 32 teams for the 3 days of
play and 15-25 local business sponsors.
Project Coordinator for Placerville Preschoolers and Kids Kampus shade structure
construction project (2014). Coordinated Club members and nonmember volunteers to
donate time to construct a shade structure over the preschools picnic table area.
For the past 3 years the Club has been the Host of the Bar at the Friends of the NRA Dinner.
I have been the Chairman all 3 years, coordinating members, beverages to be served,
equipment and licensing.
