Working Title:
Lifestyle Photography.
Product’s Purpose:
The purpose is to get people to start trying new things, as photography is new to me, I’m trying to
show people that you can do anything that you want with some drive and determination. Also it’s to
use my skill of different angles and shots to do something different from the rest something, more
original.
Genre:
Lifestyle Photography
Content:
The product is lifestyle photography. I will use lighting to make the background darker for effect. I
will try to do the bokeh effect with the lights in production if not then I will try it in postproduction.

Audience:
Age: Teenagers Upwards
Gender: Male/Female
Social Status: Lower Class > Upper Class
Psychographic: Any Psychographic
Sexuality: Any Sexuality
My product will appeal to this audience because anyone can appreciate photography with
their own gratitude and opinions.
Legal & Ethical Considerations:
Think about any offensive material you will include? Photography shouldn’t offend anyone in the
first place. Unless its exposing a religion/religious figure, which would attract traction for the wrong
reasons.
Will you restrict younger people using/accessing it? No because everyone should be able to be
exposed new influences.
Will it offend any social groups/religions/ethnicities? No because I will not be using any religious
material.
How will you ensure you do not offend anyone? I have asked people what they think is acceptable
for photography and my work will not cross that.
Are you using characters/names/logos of existing products/IPs? No this will be completely original.
Will you product be sufficiently different from existing products to not get sued for copyright
infringement? I can’t copy anyone work without out using previous images and I will be doing the
photography myself.
