 Administer an aquaponic corporation dedicated to plant and fish growth for
distribution in restaurants of the metropolitan area.
 Prepare and give a two day seminar to learn all the aspects of the aquaponic
business training.
 Help clients to develop their own aquaponics business, and give them the
opportunity to become associates with our organization.
 In charge of the PO, AR, AP, and operations. Prepare the business
development, marketing, and decision making of the enterprise.
 Small business with 2 employees.
Cell Phone Warehouse, Inc (2010-2011) Administrator/sales
 Administer two retail stores with six employees in cell phone sales with a
budget of $100K. Participated in two store start-ups: permit process, premise
negotiations, employee contracts and vendor selection and negotiations with
Claro PR as exclusive dealer.
 Prepare accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, account
analysis, financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, cash flow
and charge of account statements, payroll, quarterly returns, income taxes and
sale taxes. Obtained accounting control by 100% maintaining up to date incomes
and payments.
 Purchase equipment and office suppliers; managed relations with vendors;
complete government processes: payments, permits and claim management.

HR Solutions/Servypro PT (2005-2011) VP of Operations ended as CEO
 Directed a company which provides payroll and quarterly return outsourcing
service with a client portfolio of 12-15 companies and up to 900 employees for
the telecommunications industry, retail, and service, among others. Created a
service model to outsource payroll and quarterly returns saving clients
overheads by 25-30%.
 Supervised a team of eight people performing the entire management
responsibilities: recruit, training, evaluations and discipline actions.
Performed general accounting, financial statements, payroll, budget and filed
480-PR, 1040-PR, W2 and IRS forms.
 Negotiated with suppliers, prepared client presentations, and managed
relations with public agencies and banks. Established internal controls such
as: purchase authorization, metrics for monitoring and ensured accurate
transaction management. Executed all administrative duties: financial
statements, purchases, accounting, staff supervision and supervised five
employees
 Deal with all OSHA, Labor Department, and “Fondo del Seguro del Estado” rules.
