 Handlinginternational customers by e-mail or phone, providing optimum servicefor customer.
 Implement orders details (order Qty., shipping details, delivery date, and price) as customer required
and avoid any matter affecting the orders.
 Daily follow up orders on the plant in different phases till dispatch.
 Update customers with shipping instruction.
 Issuing (packaging list – commercial invoice )
 Ensure that all documents and products that sent to customer are timely, clearly and correctly manner
to achieve customer satisfaction.
 Managing sales Zone that I responsible for (a liaison between plant and customer).
 Coordinate & follow with commercial team to arrange requirements of customer (customer clearance).
 Receiving customer complaints and coordinate with technical support and quality team.
 Support the head of sales in ensuring that correct processes are been followed.
 Check with accounts team for payment mechanisms that according to our company policies.
 Follow-up the invoices payment and ensure that they are paid in time according to the agreement with
the customer.
 Check the LCs against the agreement.
 Generate daily analysis reports depending on ( SAP) as required
 Keep Export sales manager informed of areas of conflict that go under solved or may cause a problem.
 Create monthly export sales reports for top management to identify the objectives (tools, target, and
achievement) for our team to determine our future plan.
 Plan and manage the activities with the team to achieve the target and exceed it.
 Keep in touch; maintain a long-term stability and high business relationship with customer to achieve
organization goals.
 Search for a new customer through E-commerce to penetrate anew market.
