I also used their iPad app as it was easy to access
and I could upload text and images quickly and

researched the genre (body horror)
of my opening sequence. I also
researched the conventions so I
could apply it to my work.
I created a Gmail account so that
I could create my blog and to
send and receive emails from
those in my group. I also used it
to make a YouTube account.
4. I used Facebook to get feedback from our
target audience on our drafts and
questionnaires.

6. YouTube

I used YouTube to upload videos so I
could embed them onto my blog.
I also used it to get a better
understanding of the meaning of words
and how they are applied in media. For
eg Foley.
8. Survey Monkey
I used survey monkey to make a questionnaire for my target audience. This
website was easy to use as I could easily share it on other social sites e.g
Facebook. You can also ask questions in any format you want (open and
closed questions)

9. BBFC
I used this website to find out the different ratings and what
they all consist. This helped my group to pick a rating for our
opening sequence, so I knew what was age appropriate and
what wasn’t.

10. PowerPoint & Prezi
I used PowerPoint for most of the tasks to present my
information.
I also used Prezi go present information, however there is a
limitation on text and it makes images blurry and was way
more complicated to use. So I mostly used PowerPoint.

I used Wikipedia to research films and specific things
about them. As well as the meaning of media terms-
such as foley.
