- 3. Who Created YouTube was created by 3 former paypal employees. They were Chad Hurley, Steve Chen, and Jawed Karim. It was created in February of 2005. The website was designed originally at the University of Indiana of Pennsylvania.

It allows them to share it with the entire world and helps in the development in the world wide web. Web 2.0 sites allow users to collaborate and share, and Youtube clearly shows its ability in allowing you to do this.
