We used this website to write our
blog on. It lets you be creative and
pick your own templates and set up
your own background.
We also used the iPad app so we
could have quick access to it and
upload photos straight from our
iPads to our bloggers.
5. PowerPoint & Prezi
• PowerPoint was used for most of the tasks to
display information.
• We also tried using Prezi which is similar
product however due to the limitation of how
much text you can write and the fact that
images aren't as clear. We mostly used
PowerPoint.
6. IMDb
• http://www.imbd.com
• We used this website to help us find out
information about other films, such as: film
genre, production and distribution companies
etc.
8. YouTube
• We used YouTube to upload videos so we
could embed them onto our blogs.
• We also used YouTube to watch other opening
sequences( other AS students and actual film
openings)
9. Art of the title
• We used this website to watch opening
sequences and get inspiration from them.
10. BBFC
• We used the BBFC website to find out the
different ratings and what they all consist. This
helped us to pick a rating for our own opening
sequence and meant we knew whatwe could
and couldn’t show in our age rating
11. Final Cut Pro
• Final Cut Pro was used to edit the footage
together.
12. Survey Monkey
• We used this website to make a questionnaire
for my target audience. We found this website
easy to use and it let us be creative and ask
questions in any format that we wanted (open
and closed questions)
13. Facebook
• We used Facebook to get feedback from the
target audience on our drafts and
questionnaires.
