Main activities and responsibilities
I was working as a welder on construction newly building gas platforms
“Vesna” and “Irina” in Bakar. Attestation and welding is performed with
electrodes filarc 56S for the root and heated electrodes EZ 50 B on material
X52 which is heated on min. 100°C.
In shipyard “Viktor Lenac” I was working on the welding jobs on new
building of gas, rigs “Anamaria A” and “Isabela North”. Before starting work, I
was welding parts for WPS and PQR procedure of welding. I was welding as
the same procedure as I did in previous platforms. Each construction was
welding by procedure MAG 136 and by mixture of gases 82% Ar and 18%
CO2 (feromix).
After that I was on re-mont of the platform Scarabeo IV in shipyard
“Kraljevica”. I worked on new building on yacht “Joy Me”, owner Zepter,
tankers for liquid asphalt, fishing boats, etc.
As cooperative firm “Steel Work Fiume” team lead by me, receveid a jobs of
installation and welding on pipeline from Josipdol to Benkovac. The main
contractor was Ghizzonni (Italy) S.p.a.
When we finished that job, I returned to “Viktor Lenac” and worked on welding
command ship USS Mounth Whitney.
