2. Teens are often represented as being moody, lazy, disinterested and sometimes
rebellious. In our music video teens will be represented the same as we will
represent the teens to be sullen and disinterested, partially due to one of their
close friends dying. This representation however will change over the course
of the music video
Typically teens are known to be at the bottom of the social hierarchy and
therefore are represented in a bad light, however in our music video we will
challenge this and instead change how they are seen over the course of the
music video which is something that is hardly seen in the music video industry

3. We believe that this will appeal to the audience as we are aiming for the music
video to be focused towards the age group of 16-25 so we will be placing
extra emphasis on making the video appeal. This can be done by making the
main character a teenager as to get the target audience to relate to the
character. Another way that we will use to appeal towards our target audience
is by including themes and setting that teenagers will be familiar with,
including the family home in which the teenager has grown up in
HOW WILL THIS APPEAL TO THE
AUDIENCE?
4. One of the things that we will need at the start of our music video is to
include a heartrate monitor that shows that someone has died. This is key to
our music video as the overall plotline dictates how the main character is
actually dead, and this is discovered at the end of the music video. Then the
next scene will show the main character waking up, we will have the main
character wearing smart attire that you would generally see at a funeral. This is
needed as it will hint towards the fact that the MC is dead and which is the
main focal point of the music video. Another way in which we will connote
towards this is by including a scene in which the main characters friends will
visit a gravestone. This will later be hinted that it is the main characters but we
wont show this as to create some mystery surrounding the grave
