Receptionist October, 2013 - Present
Reporting to the Director of Administration, I was responsible for all administrative duties in the front desk area to ensure
that the office runs smoothly. Answering the main phone line, mail distribution, office supplies and general clerical duties to all
staff members. Assisted the Director of Administration with various tasks and projects.
•Answered main phone line and handles all incoming calls in a professional Manner
•Greeted clients/visitors and escorted them around the building
•Handles all incoming/outgoing mail/packages for staff including making labels/packaging and distributing all incoming mail
•Assisted in mailings for the Accounting Department
•Assisted HR with all employer mandated mailings e.g. 401k notices, affordable care act notices
