2. In the third semester I decided as a personal challenge, exercise twice
a week in my spare time instead of sitting at the computer, doing
nothing or just waste time getting to do something like walking or
running, jumping rope, play basketball or football and because of
these things reached most, but not all manage such spend less time
at the computer and try to occupy my time the most beneficial things.
3. I also spend a little more on my time at school occupy play football,
basketball or volleyball.
4. Also this semester started going to the gym, the truth is something I
like a lot, although at first it was very painful and sometimes I still
hurts, it really is a pain that I like too, plus they realized the changes
my motivate me to continue my education, for example, I have more
flexibility and fitness.
