The HP RDX disk backup system provides a simple and cost-effective backup solution for small businesses. It uses removable disk cartridges that function like tapes for backup but have the faster restore times of a disk backup. The system includes continuous data protection software that takes incremental backups and allows recovery of previous file versions. All files, even deleted ones, are backed up to allow complete restoration of systems after crashes.

9. Continuous Data Protection Software. File Set Backup is taken between recovery point creations. It is the backup of files which have been created, edited and saved files. Here files are never overwritten and only the newest data is backed up. It is this continuous process that allows “ FILE VERSIONING” to take place.
