2. Purpose
Having a Part 107 License allows you to legally
earn money with your drone. It is required for
using a drone to sell photography, videography,
farming, and other similar services.

3. Operating Requirements
● Always avoid manned aircraft.
● Fly within visual line of sight (or use a visual observer).
● Keep your drone below 400 feet above ground level (higher if near a
structure).
● Fly during daylight or twilight with anti-collision lighting.
● Register your drone with the FAA.
● Carry your registration number when operating the drone.

4. Part 107 VS Recreational
● Part 107 License vs. Recreational Flyers:
● With a Part 107 license, you can:
