This document outlines the development of an institutional model for digital capabilities at a university with approximately 2300 students across undergraduate and postgraduate programs. It discusses establishing a digital team to provide support and training to staff and students. It also notes the need for a strategic framework to guide the development of digital capabilities in a way that is aligned with the university's core strategic themes and learning/teaching goals. A proposed framework includes dimensions around teaching excellence, learning excellence, learner excellence, and teacher excellence with aspirations at the center and strategic alignment at the top.
