The 7-module faculty development program focuses on designing coherent and integrated online/hybrid courses. It prepares faculty to effectively use technology to foster student interaction and engagement. The modules cover foundations of online/hybrid teaching, asynchronous and synchronous strategies, creating presentations/podcasts, and integrating online resources. Each module includes readings, videos, reflections, portfolio entries, and access to technology tutorials. The program is grounded in community of inquiry and Ignatian teaching approaches and integrates Quality Matters standards for online course design.
