3. ¡El rayo!
Jugar a ¡El rayo! ayudará a la capacidad motriz que es la que determinan la
condición física del niño las cuales se dividen en capacidad coordinativa del
cual hace referencia a la capacidad de aprendizaje de habilidades motrices, el
nivel de control de los movimientos y ejercicios; y la capacidad física que
determina la condición física del niño, la capacidad o fuerza a nivel muscular
y la capacidad del corazón y los pulmones.
No hay referencia.
Los participantes tratan de golpear con la pelota a los jugadores del equipo
contrario: el hombre o mujer que sea tocado cambia de equipo.
Qué vamos a aprender: Desarrollar habilidades para esquivar y lanzar una pelota.
Propiciar la aceptación de todos los miembros del grupo.
Materiales: Una pelota de plástico.

 Dividan a los jugadores en dos equipos con igual número de integrantes,
que se colocan a un lado y a otro de la línea central
 Se decide qué equipo inicia el juego por medio de un volado.
 El equipo en posesión de la pelota la lanza hacia el campo contrario
tratando de golpear a algún jugador.
 Explique que, en caso de golpear a un jugador, éste pasa a formar parte
de su equipo.
 Se reinicia el juego con la pelota en poder del equipo que fue atacado.
 Los lanzamientos se realizan por los equipos de manera alternada.
 El juego termina cuando todos forman un solo equipo, en un tiempo
razonable.
Los participantes pueden desplazarse por toda el área de su propio campo sin
salirse de él. Los jugadores que sean tocados con la pelota pasan a formar
parte del otro equipo.
Comenta con mamá o papá qué pudieron observar de mí al realizar el juego.
Responda en el espacio de acuerdo con lo que observó al finalizar la actividad.
 ¿Cuál es la importancia de organizarse correctamente para jugar?
 ¿Cuántas veces fue necesario repetir el juego?
