Grip
- Place the stickon groundinfront of you (griptowardsself) withthe flatside facingdown
- Make a V withyourleft hand’sthumbandpointerfinger.
- Pickup stickat the topof the gripwiththe V you have createdinyourlefthand.
- Practice twistingthe stickinyourlefthandonly – thisbecomesthe basisof the drag
- Place righthand half waydownthe hockeystick(where the gripchanges).The righthandis
loose onthe sticknot strong like the lefthand.

guide.
