2. Pelota al pozo.
Jugar Pelota al pozo ayudará a la capacidad motriz que es la que determinan
la condición física del niño las cuales se dividen en capacidad coordinativa del
cual hace referencia a la capacidad de aprendizaje de habilidades motrices, el
nivel de control de los movimientos y ejercicios; y la capacidad física que
determina la condición física del niño, la capacidad o fuerza a nivel muscular
y la capacidad del corazón y los pulmones.
No hay referencia.
La pelota debe llegar a las manos del compañero colocado en el"pozo" (círculo)
marcado al final del campo contrario.
40 min. (en dos
semanas)
Qué vamos a aprender: Desarrollar habilidades motrices al lanzar y recibir una
pelota. Provocar una actitud de colaboración en el grupo.
Materiales: Una pelota de plástico, un elástico de 5
metros de largo y dos postes.

 Forme dos equipos con igual número de integrantes, cada uno colocado
en su área correspondiente.
 Cada equipo debe colocar a uno de sus jugadores dentro del "pozo"
marcado al final del campo adversario.
 A la señal convenida uno de los equipos debe intentar hacer legar la
pelota al compañero que se encuentra dentro del "pozo" en el campo
contrario, sin que ésta caiga al piso. El compañero del "pozo" la debe
regresar evitando que sea interceptada.
 Si un equipo recupera la pelota se cambian los papeles: el equipo que la
recupera la intentará pasar a su compañero, que se encuentra en el
"pozo" correspondiente, mientras los enemigos tratan de ganarla.
 Gana el equipo que más veces haya logrado hacer llegar la pelota a su
jugador en el campo contrario.
 Se reinicia el juego cambiando a los jugadores que se encuentran dentro
de los círculos.
Los equipos deben completar el pase sin que la pelota caiga al piso. Si cae al
piso, la pelota pasa al equip0 contrario, el jugador que está colocado dentro
del círculo no puede salirse de él. Ningún jugador del equipo contrario debe
invadir el "pozo". Los participantes no deben salir del campo propio ni invadir
el contrario.
Comenta con mamá o papá si fue fácil o difícil llevar a cabo el juego y cuáles
fueron las complicaciones.
Responda en el espacio de acuerdo con lo que observó al finalizar la actividad.
