This lesson plan outlines a youth basketball practice that includes stretching, conditioning drills, dribbling games, passing drills, and a shooting knockout game. The stretching segment focuses on the legs, arms, and full body. Conditioning drills work on dribbling skills like handling the ball at different heights and moving it around the body. A dribbling knockout game is used to practice dribbling within boundaries. Passing drills teach chest passes, bounce passes, and overhead passes in pairs. Finally, a knockout shooting game is structured where players take shots from a set distance and the first maker eliminates the other shooter.
