Job Developer/Case Manager
Exceptional Job Developer/Case Manager successfully transitioned clients from homelessness to
self-sufficiency. Total job placements this budget year from October 2012-September 2013 is
203 jobs/17 jobs per month. Average hourly pay for clients who obtained employment thru my
direct job referrals is $10.31 hour full time. Provided targeted job development, job coaching and
job placement to Homeless Veterans thru Homeless Reintegration Program. 26 years of
experience in Case Management,working with diverse cultures, families in poverty,
homelessness, substance abuse, mental illness, criminal backgrounds, domestic violence, severe
disabilities, HIV assisted with medical enrollments, financial assistance for rent & utilities to
prevent eviction and/or utility disconnections using
Ad valorem and Grant funding (LIHEAP/CSBG) Enrolled clients in Project Opportunity Program
and provided intensive case management, assisted with job training, child care all with the goal of
assisting clients/family to achieve self-sufficiency or reaching their fullest potential.
