Personal Training (12 years)
I have conducted personal training sessions for clients at in-home and private facilities
for over 10 years. Originally I started working in gyms like LA fitness, Bally’s, and the
YMCA where I was a part of their sales team as a youth. From there I became creative
and showed my entrepreneurship and created my own business working one on one or
in group training with clientele. Here, I maintained clients and grew my clientele base
every year through email campaigns, referrals, social media, and social events. I was in
charge of creating rates, scheduling, time management, utilizing marketing tools, and
picking appropriate settings to work out based on weather/season. I was responsible for
creating a communication forum with current and potential clients.
Construction Bergen/Essex Counties (13 years)
Starting in 2004 I worked for construction, landscaping and snow removal companies
and gained great knowledge of these industries. Since 2004, I worked privately with clients
helping them with residential projects. My method of obtaining these clients was through
different sales and marketing strategies. Experience, along with guidance from close
family members who spent a lifetime in the business, prepared me to work as General
Contractor for my first home back in 2015. I knocked the house down and built
a brand-new, larger dwelling. I was responsible for hiring, budgets, permits, architectural
planning, demolition, purchasing and ordering materials, comparing costs, working,
and scheduling. After successfully passing every phase of inspection and creating a beautiful
residential home that I shared on social media, followers quickly asked me to help in their
