INCOME EXPENDITURE
Correspondence course fee-
Rs(4000*n)=Rs(60000000)(n=15000)
Accomodation
charge=Rs(5000*8000)=Rs(40000000)
Total Income=Rs(100000000)
AllIndia=Rs(2800000000)
Net Investment=Rs(200000000)
Considering a single state university:-
• Clerk- Rs(4000*70*12)
• Head of nonteaching dept-Rs(10000*4*12)
• Faculties- Rs(15000*20*6)
• Dean- Rs(20000*12)
• Head of university- Rs(22000*12)
TOTAL Rs(61,44,000)
Considering 8000 students per year
Accomodation=Rs(6000*8000)=Rs(48000000)
Material Cost=Rs(3000*n)
N assumed to be 15000=Rs(45000000)
GRAND TOTAL=Rs99144000 per state with
required assumptions.
So all India
=Rs(2776032000+1200000+360000)=Rs(2777
592000)+(examination conduct
charge)=Rs(3000000000)
PROBLEMS FACED:-
* Large number of candidates had to be evaluated within short interval of time.
* Candidates had to be sure about their contesting in election before 15 months.
* Includes about 120cr. rupees to complete the process.
* Faculties and respective heads had to involve only for a year before election which implies once in
every five years.
* Candidates had to leave their area for two months for complete evaluation.
* Installing this system directly into system will create problem.
* Politicians may get corrupt after winning the election.
MITIGATION
MITIGATION:-
constructing a new institute.
* Vigilance system should keep accountability of their property for every two years, and if they didnt
show any of their
property and later get caught that property will directly move as the property of government.

the mark.
* As this process is only for a year and once in every five years this course is under an existing
university rather than
constructing a new institute.
* Vigilance system should keep accountability of their property for every two years, and if they
didnt show any of their
