Managed the product lifecycle to minimise mark down risk, and ensure
clearance stock is cleared in conjunction with the Exit Critical Path. In the last
range change, Markdown costs were reduced by 32% year on year.
Delivered promotional plans and events within the critical path and distribution
constraints, with flexibility where necessary
Developed, implemented and managed a new carry out stock strategy to
reduce customer lead times, while increasing overall stock efficiency.
Working closely with distribution to forecast volumes and identify potential
inbound and outbound capacity issues.
Set up and implemented the CPFR process with our number one supplier,
which has improved availability by 12%, without impacting our stock holding.
Process has successfully been rolled out, and now covers 85% of the LSTV
business
