Senior Pricing Analyst/Administrative Specialist
Pricing
 Partnered with the CFO and SVP of Sales on high level RFP and RFI contract pricing projects.
 Supervise the pricing contract management process for all new contracts – ensuring pricing for all new contracts meets
company guidelines, is properly organized and serves as the final check to ensure pricing is aligned with growth objectives.
 Contract troubleshooting when necessary
 Management of the order generation list for the gifting department
 Processed confidential and pertinent legal documents for signature approval from CFO
 Served as the interim manager of the company’s monthly retail tax (handled for over 6 months)
 Acted as gatekeeper to the Pricing Analyst Management Head - ensured all issues were first vetted before determining
involvement of senior management.
 Anticipate and handle complex situations and multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a highly demanding environment.
 Work strategically and cooperatively in a team environment with all levels of professional, technical and administrative
staff.
 Work with Sales Representatives and internal departments to resolve pricing issues for complex accounts.
 Responsible for creating and renewing pricing for accounts using Excel and uploading prices into proprietary system.
 Responsible for new hire training; company policy & procedure and pricing analyst function related work.
 Manage the pricing analysis for the entire sales team.
 Set up pricing structures for the sales team on all new contracts.
 Responsible for keeping the sales team compliant with company policy as well as help the company sustain growth by
properly vetting all contract management pricing terms.
 Manage the order generation function for the company – ensuring resolution to any order mishaps.
 Forecasting
Administrative
 Responsible at a high level for ordering all sales materials (pamphlets, gift bags and other marketing materials) on an
ongoing basis to ensure the sales team has the proper materials when needed for perspective clients.
 Manage the stock of materials for the pricing department.
 Interdepartmental coordination with purchasing on sourcing of materials.
 Coordinate the addition of new items or materials to the company’s generation system.
 Deep knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe, MS Access and Microsoft suite.
 Responsible for weekly customer care report generation.
 Order and maintain equipment – Sales support materials (books, binders and other like materials for creating RFI’s).
 Serve as manager to the Pricing department in absence of manager.
