  3. De wereld gaat digitaal. Tenminste … dat zeggen ‘ze’. Als we om ons heen kijken zien we nog steeds mensen van vlees en bloed. Je kan ze aanraken, tastbaar. Een tastbare wereld! Dat is geruststellend.
  4. Tastbare techniek in een tastbare wereld. Technologie maakt sinds de uitvinding van de vuistbijl deel uit van de menselijke evolutie. Technologie verandert en bepaalt de manier waarop we leven, wonen en werken.
  5. En hoewel de evolutie van de mens stil lijkt te staan, gaat de technologische evolutie steeds sneller. Van de vuistbijl, via de stoommachine, elektriciteit naar computer technologie. KLIK Smart industry wordt gedreven door niet tastbare technologie: digitalisering, software!
  6. Kennis, kunde, informatie in hoofden van mensen of gedrukt op papier … daar kan je niet zo veel mee. Pas als je die digitaliseert ontstaan er nieuwe mogelijkheden; een 3D-printer kan je alleen aansturen als je een digitaal 3D-model hebt. Het delen van informatie via een data netwerk, samenwerken op grote afstand, dwars door tijdzones heen, over het internet, kan alleen als je informatie digitaal voorhanden is.   11. Het bedrijf is ingericht om zo efficiënt mogelijk te produceren. Logistiek optimaal ingericht, misschien wel helemaal LEAN gemaakt om verspillingen te minimaliseren. Alle IT systemen, ERP, CAD, CAM ontlenen hun bestaansrecht aan het instant houden van deze fysieke waarde stroom.
  12. Dit is de essentie van Smart Industrie. De focus gaat naar de informatiestroom
  13. Niet omdat men moet digitaliseren, maar omdat de digitalisering door zal gaan, of u dat nou leuk vindt of niet. En het ‘point of no return’ ligt al achter u: trek de stekker maar eens uit uw data-verbinding … en uw bedrijf ligt plat.
  14. Waar haal ik de software programmeurs vandaan? Wie moet dan die informatie bij elkaar gaan harken? Ik heb alleen maar MBO’ers in dienst!!
  15. Ik denk het wel… want laten we eerlijk zijn …. Smart Industry wordt weliswaar gedreven door ‘enabling technologies’ …. maar die technologieën en hun toepassingen worden wel bedacht door …. Homo Sapiens…. Smart people!!

  19. NEO, de held in dit verhaal, ziet de wereld zoals die echt is: een computer simulatie, een Digital Twin van een wereld die niet meer bestaat. Hoe maak je van een ‘echte wereld’ een digitale wereld? Los van de vraag of je dat zou willen: het gaat wel gebeuren (hopelijk niet zo ver als in de film). Wat je doet, bewust of onbewust, je maakt een ‘abstractie’ van de werkelijkheid. Een model. En dat laat je door IT’ers vertalen naar een software oplossing. De hier getoonde kubussen zijn op zich al modellen: abstracties van de fysieke en digitale wereld. De praktijk is meestal andersom: men gaat op zoek naar software a.d.h.v. een wensenlijst met functies, features etc. Maar als u echt grip wilt houden op uw IT, op de digitale wereld moet u willen begrijpen wat er in de ‘black box’ zit. Als u de digitale wereld niet begrijpt, maar de werkelijke wereld wel, dan gaat er ergens iets heel er mis!!
  20. Uw bedrijf bestaat uit de drie P’s. En vooral die Product en Process lenen zich om te laten digitaliseren. Maar wie gaat dat doen?
  21. Is leergierig & Nieuwsgierig: dit is NIET leeftijdsgebonden Is niet bang om fouten te maken: je gaat iets nieuws doen, je gaat zeker fouten maken. Vooral van leren! Kijkt breder dan zijn eigen specialisme: de informatie stroom strekt zich voorbij je eigen werkplek. Kan zich verplaatsen in andermans positie: er is niet 1 waarheid, het is zoeken naar een gedeelde waarheid Denk in beelden, niet in woorden: taal is niet geschikt om (abstracte) gedachten en concepten over te dragen Kent het proces en/of product: weet WAT het product/dienst PRECIES is en/of HOE het tot stand komt Kijk vooral niet naar de huidige functie/functieprofiel van uw medewerkers. Vraag naar hun hobbies!!! Ik ken monteurs die web-pagina’s bouwden in avonduren. Werkvoorbereider die boekhoudpakket schreef. HTS Werktuigbouwer die .NET programmeur werd. En een HTS Elektronica die zich tegenwoordig Next Level Coach noemt …
  22. Deze eigenschappen vindt je niet in 1 persoon, want superhelden zijn zeldzaam. En dus ontstaat er al snel een team. Een kwestie van rollen herkennen, erkennen en toekennen. Een rol En een team heeft ook een coach nodig. En het team moet de tijd, prioriteit en vertrouwen krijgen om de transitie in gang te zetten en te houden.
  23. Leren gebeurd door iedereen: denk niet dat je na 25 jaar ervaring alles weet. Ook je leidinggevende, je ‘manager’, je ‘coach’, Het zijn ‘Smart People’ die uw bedrijf vooruit helpen!!
  24. Top down prefers a ‘Plan’ and scheme to be able to manage time-quality-budget. This works better when the ‘project’ is similar kind of project as done before. Bottom up prefers a ‘Development’ approach; learning by doing and change direction if necessary. This works better when the ‘project’ is unlike anything done before. In both cases it is of major importance to keep focus on the final goal and to show intermediate progress results. Work as a team but… with different roles …. and sometimes different interests … but still the same goal in the end.
  25. Focus op de informatiestroom! Digitaliseer uw product en proces kennis! Secure the product knowledge. Take it out of the heads of your engineers. Verander de manier waarop uw bedrijf werkt!
