ADVANTAGES OF EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION  Involvement of Ms. Shashi would have given better understanding of the situataion.  Horizontal communication between Mr Ravi, Ms Shashi, Ms Reena would have resulted in effective implementation of New system.  Role of a leader in communication builds trust in the working environment.  Explaining the need of change in system and building trust would have yielded better results.
