3. The Hospitality Consultants:
Angela Aveyard is a qualified Chef by trade. She completed a 3 year in
house Professional Cookery and Culinary Arts Diploma through the Pro-
tea Hotel Group and HTA with Steven Billingham. She gained a further 6
years PQE as a Chef within 3-5* Hotels (Protea and Tsogo Sun
Groups), a Catering Company and a prominent Safari Lodge and Golf
Resort. She joined PCS as a Specialist Consultant in May 2002 and
now has over 14 years of recruitment experience. Her first-hand knowl-
edge of and experience in the industries she recruits for has enabled
her to fully understand her Client’s and Applicant’s individual require-
ments and the challenges sometimes faced within the industry. This
knowledge and experience has enabled her to ask the right questions
and successfully find the right staff for our Clients and to assist our Ap-
plicants in pursuing their career goals and aspirations. She currently
heads up the Hospitality Department at PCS and works hand in hand
with our other specialist consultants in that sector to provide the best
service possible.
Thalita Visser has been in the Hospitality Industry since 1995. She
gained experience in Restaurants, Hotels, Country Clubs and within a
Corporate Catering Company. She has worked her way up from Wait-
ress level to Reception and later to Banqueting and Wedding Coordina-
tor level. She has also gained experience in the industry in the UK
where she was a Hospitality Administrator in a Catering Company. She
joined PCS as a Specialist Consultant in August 2014. Her knowledge
and experience has enabled her to understand our clients’ needs better
as well as pairing the correct candidate with a specific position.
Overall, due to our specialization and experience within the Hospitality
Industry, we understand assignments we receive, and thus are accurate
with our recruitment decisions and CV’s we send through. We present
