Level 1 help desk support and customer assistance, Level 1 support –
Filters Help Desk calls and provides basic support and
troubleshooting, such as password resets, printer configurations,
break/fix instructions, ticket routing and escalation to Level 2 and
Level 3 support.
Technical Consultant – Philadelphia, PA – Full Time
3-5 year’s experience or background in QA Automation
Understanding of SDLC regarding QA Process. Eagerness to learn new
tools and apply what you’ve learned to clients.
Technical and functional understanding of the QA lifecycle.
Systems Engineer – Newtown, PA – Full Time
4-6 year’s experience or background in Windows and Active Directory
as a Systems Engineer. Extensive experience working with and
administering Active Directory experience with virtualization (VMWare
preferred)
