multiple systems. Exposure with completing and assisting with
installations, testing and maintenance of system software
packages/patches. Corrective maintenance actions, HW/SW
troubleshooting and RMA coordination.
ServiceNow Developer – Berwyn, PA – Direct Hire
1-3 years experience as ServiceNow Administrator configuring core
modules within an enterprise environment. Modifications of CMS,
workflows, business rules, UI actions – policies, ACLs. Comprehensive
understanding of Service Management processes. LDAP, MS Active
Directory, ADFS, VPN, SSL and writing JavaScript, XML, HTML, SQL and
PowerShell. Web services integrations SOAP, WSDL and REST.

SME in maintaining System Center Configuration Manager with a background
