Client I worked for Accenture diamond client. Our client is A leadingglobal resourcescompany
whichis among the world’s largest producers of major commodities, including aluminum,

Role & Responsibility:
 Played a major role in SAP Process Integration 7.1 and SAP Process Integration7.4.
 Daily system checks and troubleshoot any errors. Assist in the identification, assessment and
resolution of any interface related issues and defects.
 Providing Post Go-live support for releases. Deliver as per quality standards and as per SAP
standards. Leading in the cutover activity (interface shutdown and startup) during all new Release
in project.
 Driving P2 bridge call, handling P2 and critical incidents and closing it within SLA.

2.  Mapping business requirements (Requirement Analysis)

 Provide KT session for new joiners and trained them for technical support. Co-coordinating with
team in analyzing any issue. Guiding team members for resolving any high priority incidents,
problem ticket, and Service request.
 Design documents for the team for future references for any interface and issues which we
