Client I worked for Accenture diamond client. Our client is A leadingglobal resourcescompany
whichis among the world’s largest producers of major commodities, including aluminum,

Role & Responsibility:
Played a major role in SAP Process Integration 7.1 and SAP Process Integration7.4.
Daily system checks and troubleshoot any errors. Assist in the identification, assessment and
resolution of any interface related issues and defects.
Providing Post Go-live support for releases. Deliver as per quality standards and as per SAP
standards. Leading in the cutover activity (interface shutdown and startup) during all new Release
in project.
Driving P2 bridge call, handling P2 and critical incidents and closing it within SLA.
2. Mapping business requirements (Requirement Analysis)
Designing and executing test plans
Preparing detailed process flow for functional requirements
Working on Problem tickets raised for high priority/critical incidents.
Preparing a tracker for incidents/PT currently present in team’s bucket, OSS raised on SAP everyday

shift, all the incidents are updated with latest update, all mails are answered, peer review/ CAB

Resolves many bugs and fixes during SPS upgrade for PI 7.1. Also worked on more than 100’s
