Role and Responsibilities on Sales Automation System (DMS-Distributor Management Solution, and
SFA(Mobile Application)):-
 Management of Sales Force Automation System with Handling End to End Solution.
 Managing multiple projects (DMS-Distributor ManagementSolution/SFA/Digital Marketing)/work
streams, such as Product Support, Product Testing, Application change requests/enhancements, and
maintenance.
 Creates and executes development plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and
requirements.
 Ability to understand work needed, resourcing core competencies and effective delegation of work to
successfully deliver project goals
 Activities/efforts: planning, implementation/execution, monitoring/tracking (change, assets, status
reports, metrics and risk management), communicating and closing.
 Defines and documents customer business functions and processes
 Consults with functional unit management and personnel to identify, define and document business
needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, and
levels of systems access.
 Analyzes the feasibility of, and develops requirements for, new systems and enhancements to existing
systems; ensures the system design fits the needs of the users.

permanent records and for use in training.
 Maintains wizard-driver configuration tables in the case management system
 Participates in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality.
 Managing Sales Force Automation System with 250+ Distributor’s.
 Solicit Distributor feedback for process/system improvementand work with technical team execute
changes.
 Managing Entire new development as per the Business requirement/Distributor’s Change request &
Testing Management System.
 Coordinating with the development team for all types of Bugs, changes or for the new development
 Experience on end to end Full Life Cycle Implementations
 Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets and
expenditures
