King’s Events owned and managed by King’s Events Company. It is established and
registered under the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 15, 2014. Owner and lead
planner Ms. Bea Grana born and raised in Talugtug, Nueva Ecija, has been planning and organizing
corporate events full time since 2008 and that’s over 200 events and counting. Ms. Grana studied
Event and Venue Management at the University of Luzon and it’s her first time to expose to event
planning industry. After finishing the course she works full time as a lead planner to the well-
known company of her Professor’s friend. She has a unique and extraordinary talent in organizing
and planning events so that she was recommended to become part of her Professor’s friend
company.
After 3 years of being a lead planner she resigned to her boss company and wanted to put
up her own. Her generous boss helps her in everything she need and also offer a partnership. Ms.
Grana grab the opportunity to become the best and well known company and put up the King’s
Events Company in partnership of her boss Mr. Gregor Mateo.

This contract services enteres into by and between, King’s Events Company, Magsaysay District,
Talugtug, Nueva Ecija, +639156580754. Kingsevents2014@yahoo.com and Mr. Erwin M. Dela
Cruz, School Principal, St. Francis of Asisi College of Talugtug, Brgy. Sta. Barbara, Talugtug,

WITNESSETH:
This contract is made effective as of November 20, 2020 by and between King’s Events Company
and Mr. Erwin M. Dela Cruz. The contract services as an agreement of distribution of services and
compensation in the planning of Graduation Ball, which will be held on March 26, 2021.
PAYMENT
1. King’s Events Company is responsible for full-planning and executing the events. This
includes planning, making appropriate reservation, organizing, handling on logistic and
executing.
1.1 As an event company, the clients agrees to pay the total amount of P300, 000 to us. A non-
refundable deposit of 50% P150, 000 will be made as an initial deposits and a due on the
date that his contract goes into effect.
1.2 The remaining balance of P150, 000 shall be due no later than (7) days prior to the date of
the event. If the balance is not received within the period of time, an interest of 20% of the
remaining balance shall be charged for every week the balance is past due.
DATE AND CHARGES AND CANCELLATION
If there is a change on the date of the event, we will make the best effort possible to
accommodate the new date. The client makes sure to notify us 1 month before the event. The
clients understand that the last minute changes can affect the quality of the event and these
changes are not necessarily the fault of the event company.
2.1 In the cancellation of the event, the client should notify the event company no later than 2
months prior to the planned date. Should the event cancelled after that deadline, we may collect
70% of the amount.

2. Product Standard
The supplier should deliver the flowers a day before the event the guarantee the
freshness of it.
3. Damage of Product
If there is any damage when we received the items, the suppliers are the one who in
charge and the King’s Events Company has nothing to do it.
4. Payment
Regarding the payment, the supplier can contact us at our number and email address
above to further discuss the payment.

The client makes sure to notify us 1 month before the event. The clients understand that the last minute changes can affect the quality of the event and these changes are not necessarily the fault of the event company. 2.1 In the cancellation of the event, the client should notify the event company no later than 2 months prior to the planned date.
